Refund policy


1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

3. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning the items.

4. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, based on customer preference.

5. If there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping fees.

6. For hygiene purposes, certain items such as undergarments or personalized scrubs may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

7. Exchanges can be made for a different size or color, subject to availability.

8. Clearance or sale items may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

9. To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact our customer service team with their order details and reason for return.

10. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements or if the return policy has been abused.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


To start a return, you can contact us at daniellerice@medkurvesscrubs.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
